Wedgie-less segmenting sled 14" X 14" CNC machined from phenolic resin coated 18 MM birch Plywood. Preset settings for 10, 12, 16, 20, 24, 36, 48, 72, 144 settings. No wedgies required and extremely accurate. UHMW plastic miter bar included. Cost: $195 plus shipping and tax if required.
Sled shown with optional cutoff table. The table has a measuring stop block that is set to the same angle as the sled for precise cutoff lengths. It includes a fine adjustment knob. Cost: $185 plus shipping and Tax if required. Does Not Include Sled.
This is a 72 segment ring cut on the wedgie-less sled.
HYBRID SEGMENTING TABLE SAW SLED
This is a combination of the standard wedgie sled and the wedgie-less sled. It will work with the SEGEASY wedgies or preset index settings for 10, 12, 16, 20, 24, 36, 48, 72, and 144 segments. The sled is CNC machined from baltic birch ply and is laser engraved. In order to keep the price reasonable the sled is unfinished, I recommend a couple coats of polyurethane to protect the laser engraving. The cost is $165 plus shipping and tax if required. Open Segment Sled:
14" X 14" CNC machined from baltic birch plywood. Includes UHMW miter track runner with 8-32 adjusting screws. The sled is lightly sanded and unfinished. There are index pins for preset angles to work with the Segeasy open segment plates. Can also be used for closed segment rings by not using index pins and using Segeasy wedgies.
